As the founder and President of the firm, Clifford provides key leadership in the company’s strategy and overall growth. With his expertise and extensive experience in Mechanical Systems Design, Clifford’s approach to tackling projects has won accolades from many Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to establishing Clifford Dias, PE, PC in 1983, he was an associate partner at Syska & Hennessey Group, managing large infrastructure projects worldwide.

Clifford is a licensed Professional Engineer in all fifty United States, including District of Columbia, Guam and Puerto Rico. Clifford graduated from the City of University of New York, receiving his master’s and bachelor’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering.
