Scope of Work:

•   Due diligence services including detailed site survey and Lease Review
•   Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Sprinkler, and Fire Alarm System Design
•   Construction Administration including Post-Occupancy services
•   Mechanical system design for each floor comprised of several supplemental air conditioning units to provide high controllability and zoning for the open office, collaborative work environment
•   The automatic controls system for the mechanical systems consisted of a standalone web-based system providing the Client with the capabilities to monitor and adjust system parameters and setpoints efficiently and remotely
•   Core area bathroom and Elevator Lobby design to new Client standards
•   LEED certified project
